I've been trying to get ahold of ASI via phone and email to see if they offer a TB rebuild for a 2005 XJR but haven't gotten a response. On the website I only see up to 2003. Does anyone know if they do 2005s?

 

Looking at the same website, and I have no other knowledge of them, but there are shared experiences on-record in more of this forum's older threads than just this one.

That said..

If the price for re-doing your one with a week-plus turnaround is the same $389 as for the earlier model year?

I was just playing at it, 'for future reference' as my one is "normally aspirated" and - for now - working well with nowt but careful cleaning. Then again, thanks to factory warranty, prior owner, my whole engine is significantly younger in miles as well as years, than the chassis.
