2005 XJ Driver's Seat Removal

has anyone removed their driver's seat before?
i had a small cup of ice cream and rainbow sprinkles, that i had a lid on, manage to explode when i saw it start to tip in my peripheral and i went for the save. i tried to catch it with my ninja-like reflexes, only to actually smash it in the process, leading to the ice cream and millions of sprinkles to go everywhere...
i managed to clean the majority of it up without a trace left behind, but i cannot get between the seat and the console for the life of me...
the only way i see getting in there to clean it up, is by removing the seat. and because i'm ocd about the interior of my kitty, it's actually giving me a lot of anxiety because i don't know how to remove the seat.
looking at the bolts at the front of the seat, it would appear those are some kind of star or fireburst bolt head pattern that i have never seen before. the bolt head is not recessed, this star pattern extends up like a regular bolt head would. anyone know what to call that bolt head pattern?
any help/ hardware tips is very much appreciated. i don't have the trust to drive it to a detail place and have them remove the seat to clean it up. (the detailing places around wichita, ks are in bad parts of the city, and their storefronts are really sketchy)

Move the seat fully backwards, take out the front bolts,
Move fully forwards, disconnect battery, wait 1 min (be sure you have radio code before doing this)
Remove rear bolts, disconnect harness, that's it.
The reason to disconnect battery is there are bits in the seat module intimately connected to the airbag system and you can do without deploying an airbag.
