What's puzzling is how come the wire snapped ? There shouldn't be any regular or frequent movement of that connector, unless it is always getting kicked by someone's feet in the back seat.

Usually the connector gets loose from it's holder or the harness was twisted funny on assembly. Then the back and forth of the memory seat for entry/exit flexes it continually 'til it breaks. It's really a wonder it doesn't happen more often.

No one was kicking this, but with the amount of lipstick containers I found under the seat, it's amazing more stuff wasn't wrong with it! (Too bad my wife didn't like any of the colors - I felt bad throwing out a lot of money in makeup!!!)

I dread looking under the passenger's seat........
