2005 xj8l air suspension fault

Okay, Thanks - That order of service makes good sense...…..All I need to do now is figure out which of my front Shocks is leaking...The right hand (when viewed from the L/H/D drivers seat) one I had replaced here some 9 months ago (not at all sure of its provenance), or the 13 year old original on the left (Drivers side) where the height sensor is located......
The difficulty is that the front does not noticeably drop when the car is stationary - Even over a night or two? When the Suspension Fault light comes on (about 5 - 10 minutes after I start driving), all I have to do is pull over, switch off, start her again and out goes the light and the front comes back up fully within 30 seconds and the compressor switches off?
However, I have read Don's excellent 'Suspension Sticky' and (from what I garnered from that) it must be a shock leaking when the car is being driven and leaking sufficiently badly to deplete the air reservoir beyond its ability to compensate?

UPDATE: I fully charged my battery and did a 'hard reset' and my amber suspension fault light appears to have gone away - Leastways it has not reappeared whilst doing the same runs as I did when it appeared previously? Not had the 'kangaroo bouncing' suspension to go with it either!
Obviously I need to do some more runs without the fault appearing before I can be absolutely sure, but I will keep you posted in case this (possible) remedy could become helpful to another member?
