New to the forum so hello all! First off I would like to thank the forum for the information provided in helping find a car - VERY useful. I purchased this 05 XJ8L a couple of weeks ago and it arrived at the end of last week.





A one owner with 53K on it and its clean as they get inside and out. Paid just under 10K for it and very happy with the purchase. I'm getting to know the car and have one issue thus far.

How the hell do I get this seatbelt fastener in the backseat to move?!



I need it for a 3rd person and can't get it to budge...

 

It should come out of its holder fairly easily, mine does. Of course once the latch is out the belt is only a couple of inches long at that end

 

Congrats! Looks like the same Quartz color as my car, except I replaced the front grill with mesh as soon as I brought it home. The car seems to change color depending on the lighting condition, pretty cool!
