2005 XJR has been displaying that one of my doors are ajar every time i drive even when all doors are closed. One day i start the car and the message has gone away.

I roll down each window 1 by 1 and when i get to the passenger rear window, the window opens about 2 inches, freezes, the "passenger door ajar" comes back on and now my window is stuck open and will not move up or down.

I hear no noise when i click the window switch from drivers door or the door the window is stuck on.
