Hi all, I am having trouble finding specific info on this, but I am looking at a great deal to pick up 2008 19" xj8 wheels (Polaris) for my 2006 super v8. I bought my 06 super v8 used w/ 40k miles on it, like new, except all the wheels are trashed


From what I have read re technical stats, looks to be a direct fit to put the '08 19" wheels (8.5" width) on my '06 super v8? appreciate any feedback. I am currently running the stock 'custom' 19s. Tire size mounted on the '08 19s is the same as mine - 255/40/19.

Will try bolt right up? My wheels are trashed by prev owner rest of car looks great and 08 wheels for sale locally at the right price

 

Have a look. The 06 SV8 used the customer 5 star spoke (when referring to the 19". The wheel is 8.5 wide. Not sure if you have the larger Brembo Brakes but it shouldn't be an issue if you do (they should clear). I don't think there is any change in offset in the 08 vs the 06.

The 08 XJ used the Polaris and Carelia. Both are 8.5 wide as well.

When I had my 05 SV8, I downsized to the 08 Tucana without issue. I think you are good to go.
