This just started to happen recently and it used to only happen occasionally but today it happened twice. The engine stalls at stoplight and also when I'm not really stepping on the accelerator when I am looking for parking. Any ideas on what may be causing this? Could it be a dirty or defective throttle position sensor? Any help would be appreciated. I just spent $600 a few days ago replacing 2 failed radiator hoses and I can not afford anymore $ to go out for repairs. I just moved and starting a new job and i haven't even received my first paycheck yet. Thanks anyone.

 

More likely an air leak. Get fuel trims...

 

Thank you very much JagV8. I'll try to see if I can fix it myself. I have the completed 6200+ page repair manual. When you say get fuel trims, what does that mean?
