Honestly, that's ridiculous. I love these cars but you can get some seriously awesome machinery for $150k. They'll probably need to replace the suspension bushings pretty soon regardless of mileage

@87LC2 , seriously, person paying $150k for 1of 140 cars made 14 years ago with just 18k on clock, Do you think person will care about $3-4k suspension rebuild?!
Man, that is whole different ball game outthere.
Jay Leno has whole CNC shop to maintain his car collection....

Of course they won't care, just a little joke. I get the whole 140 made and all, but its still just an X350. I think its insane to pay that kind of money for that car, but that's just me. So many awesome cars you can get for that sort of coin it just seems silly. Can't imagine anyone with that sort of coin to burn on a luxury barge would want a nearly 20 year old example.

By 2035 European Union is stopping manufacturing of vehicles with internal combustion engine; remote kill switch and so on...
Old car are getting more appealing and styling, esthetics is just one side of it.
BTW here is another for $56k on it's dayview:
https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...j-portfolio-4/
I may just take ride to see it with my own eyes. That place is under 2hrs drive for me

Can't argue with that. Shame what's going on in the automotive world these days.

For someone like myself that's nearly an entire years salary, but to some its peanuts. Just never thought those guys would want one of these. I doubt it does anything for "normal" X350 values, but as someone who likes to buy them cheap its both cool to see and a bit upsetting, hope they all don't start going up in value. I'm into US domestic stuff from the 80s/90s as well and there are cars you could buy all day long for $3-4k a few years back that are now in the teens and getting into the 20's. That's all part of these disappearing for good I guess. Sad times.

It’s up to $101,000. Will go way up tomorrow on last day of bidding. As good or better than the first one that hit $156K

Must be a Portfolio Tree somewhere, could save a lot of money if you find it before they go up for sale. Insane what these are selling for, I honestly don't understand it.

The frontal lobotomy syndrome. Saw it during the house buying frenzy of 2019-2021, too. A mind is a terrible thing to lose.
