2010 NAV disc problem

Had in the 2009 disc working fine in the Super V8, just received the new 2010 disc and now address entry and POI buttons highlight red and beep, but will not do anything.
Went back to the dealership, got another disc and still won't work. Maps work fine, stored memory points, voice guidance, etc work, map version says 2009-2010.
Dealership is baffled and NAVTEQ is baffled.
Anyone else encounter this?
Anyone with XJs 2005 and newer try the 2010 disc yet?

I also recently upgraded to the 2010 disc which I purchased from the NAVETEQ On-Line store. I have not had any issues using the disc in my 2006 XJ8L. It took sometime to update when it was first loaded but that's normal. The only thing I did notice is that is wiped out all my previous settings to the factory defaults. btw...I just purchased the vehicle this year and it came with the 2005-2006 version of the disc.
Has the dealership checked to see if the version of software for all of the vehicle subsystems are up to date?

Thank you for the reply.
When I got the 2009 disc, it took a long time to load and did change some functions on the touch screen.
When I loaded the 2010 disc, the NAV worked immediately which is why I suspect it is not working correctly.
What vehicle firmware do you suspect could be the culprit? Wouldn't the 2009 disc updates it performed have updated the system?

Both the disc that came from NAVTEQ and the disc the dealer installed were the same part numbers and of course said jaguar right on them, unless all the discs are mislabled, they are correct.

Yes and no. The two Land Rover disks were clearly labeled Land Rover and had no mention of Jaguar. But, these two Land Rover disks and the correct Jaguar disk (which was labeled Jaguar and not Land Rover) all had the same part number. The people at Navteq were very helpful, but they had no explanation for the same part number on what were clearly two different product.
