4.2 XJR Exhaust mods on You Tube.
Hi folks. Finally got a couple of clips of my new exhaust sound. It was just getting dark so it was a bit of a rushed job.
One video is of the startup and rev and another video is of the XJR being blasted up my own private drive. It's a full quarter mile where I can now hit 75MPH on it. No run off unfortunately.

Hope you like em. I might try again when it's sunny.
Thanks to my Camera woman missus petrol head.
Regards. Les.

Hi guys.
The set up is; K&N air filter, Caldoofy air intake tube, 'T L Jaguar' 200 cell performance cats, standard 'Jaguar' centre silencer and finally 'MIJ' sports back silencers.
Glad you like the sound. Prior to having the new Cat's fitted, the exhaust shop that fitted the rear boxes, MIJ, removed the old rear boxes first leaving just short lengths of pipe from the centre box. They then started the car so I was able to assess how loud I wanted it to be. They do various sizes of silencer so you just pick and choose. They are very adept at doing Jaguars though and seem to know what is right.
My other half loves it so much that she's been out in the Jag for the past 3 hours. I bet I need fuel when she gets back!
