I have a 2007 XJ8, and when using the ac, the blower has been cycling on and off. Does not matter if on the 'auto' setting or the manual setting. The air is cold, so doesn't need a recharge. Is there a circuit breaker of some sort that could be causing the cycling? This started about 2 weeks ago, it does not seem to be getting any worse, but happens everytime I start up the ac.

The blower motor control module is a known failure item on these cars. Usually they just fail and the blower stops working entirely, but a thermal cutout fault could definitely be causing your issue as well. You can replace the module, they are readily available from Jag and the aftermarket.
