AC Pressures

If memory serves correctly at 70 degrees F
Low: 35 - 40 psi
High: 145 - 160 psi

R134a wants to be around 21 psi low side, and your high side will be approx 2.5x ambient. My armchair diagnosis is you're low on refrigerant. This car uses a tiny system... you can't charge "by feel" and get good results. Best bet is to recover everything that's in the system, evacuate, and recharge the specified weight of R134a. Then see where you are.

Now that you mentioned you replaced something that would require you to expose the AC system, did you recover, apply vacuum, and refill by weight?
Now withstanding the above...
Your pressure readings are fairly dead on for 70 deg ambient temp. You could add a bit of freon, but I don't think it's going to make a difference. (Your lack of cooling lies elsewhere - preventing the cooled air getting to passenger compartment or being blended with heated air)
You need to look at the possibility your DCCV is shot or your blend door motor is shot, both of which are a PITA to replace, the blend door motor being the more difficult of the two.
The good news is more than likely it's the DCCV.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Have been busy with work and replacing the egr valve. I had evacuated the system for an hour then emptied a 12oz can of refrigerant then connect a 2nd 12oz can but the system would not get much out of it. I read that the system takes about 650 grams of refrigerant. But I don't think I got close that.
