Adjust Windshield Wipers?

I had the local dealer replace my windshield wiper motor a couple of years ago. When I left, they were parking too high and at the "top" position, the drivers side wiper was off the windshield. Took the car back and they were able to "adjust" the sweep of the wipers (service manager talked like it was an electrical adjustment of some type that didn't require digging down to the motor). Well once again, they are parking too high and sweeping beyond the glass on the high side.
Wondering if anyone knows hot to perform an adjustment without too much trouble. If it's a pain to do yourself or requires a trip to the shop, I'll probably choose to live with it.

You should be able to remove the nut from the wiper arm at the base of the windshield. Lift the arm up, and rotate it slightly, the shaft of the wiper motor is like a multitooth gear, there are lots of fixed locations for the arm to be set to. I had to do this on my xk8's passenger side. Its trial and error till you find the perfect spot.
Double check and make sure the arm isn't too long either. My xk8 shows two different sizes of blades.
