Aerosus claims that their struts have full electrical functionality, they are cheaper than Bilsteins and shipping from Germany is about $53. They also have rebuild kits for the front. Please see link:

Does anyone have experience of these products? Thanks all.

I replaced a front strut with Aerosus a few years ago. Strut was still okay when I removed all air struts and replaced them with BC Racing coilovers which are adjustable for ride height and damping. So I had no problem with the actual airbag; however, they do not have CATS, they have a resistor similar to those used by Arnott.
So, I am going to say this, the BC Racing coilovers was (for me) the best thing I have done with my Jag...I now have so much more confidence in my car!

Yes it does. However, so does fitting a 1 Ohm resister across each of the CATS wired connections at the Struts? I bought them on Ebay...I posted about this ages ago...Will try to find it for you?

Many thanks for the comments. I was interested in Aerosus as they are now saying they offer the sport version and that they come with Continuous Variable Damping (see link). I was skeptical about the CATS working, but the on line chat assured me they had full electrical functionality. I am still skeptical and will email them with the same question.
Just curious, but does anyone know why Arnott doesn't offer CATS capability.

The Aerosus "full electrical functionality" may mean electrical compatibility (light goes out). I'm not knocking Aerosus, but I'm very familiar with how words can have many meanings and interpretations. Make sure the damping is electronically adjusted in order for CATS to be fully active.
