Default Air Suspension Fault

Hello, I'm a new member.
I have a 2005 XJR.
After driving for about 3 miles each day, I get an "Air Suspension Fault" in the message centre.
The suspension seems to be fine, handling is as normal, in fact I can't see anything wrong.
Any ideas, is this a common fault?
Help!

Get the fault code read, but if it's like mine in 2010, your air compressor is on the way out. Fault code for this is normally C2303. It means the compressor is not charging the reservoir quickly enough. If you are a DIYer, there is now a chap in Scotland and on e-Bay making the piston seal, (the part that fails). Look at previous posts here. If not then the unit can be obtained for about £300 with fitting time about 30mins to one hour depending on skill and knowledge of the mechanic. The compressor is behind the fron bumper, LH side. Jaguar mechanics go in from the wheelarch to avoid taking off the bumper.

Hi merlin

Look at this post. The chap is a member of the forum now. Kits were developed for Audis which have the same Wabco compressor.

Hi Merlinpjl

If it is the compressor low on providing air pressure, I provide the kits to refurbish your existing compressors and they are available on ebay, see my items for sale here:bagpipingandy | eBay

I only have a landrover discovery advert left and I am low on stock so I wont be relisting until nearer sunday, I have a busy weekend family wise and so don't have much time for the workshop this weekend!!

My kits advertised are identicle so although it says landrover or if you see other cars advertised it is exactly the same kit of parts which fits these compressors, I will have jaguar adverts again soon, I just need time to replensh stock, you guys have bought me all out!! thanks for your support.

any questions please just ask

best regards

Andy
