Default Air Suspension - X350 2005 XJR

I have replaced my compressor with a genuine brand new part following the "lazy pump" issue. Everything was working just fine before I did this.

Having fitted the pump, my rear end raises to the correct height, but my front end is too low.

The car doesn't sink over night so I do't think I have a leak and I didn't have one before I replaced the pump.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you need the height recalibrating. Most Jaguar specialists can do this, as can the main agents. There is a special tool that gives a measurement that is then fed into the PC running the software, and this then updates the ASM. I had mine done last month, although it was only a few mm out.

I have changed the pump and did not have to recalibrate. I didn't even disconnect the battery, just disconnected everything and threw the new one in there. Revisit your procedure to see if you disturbed a front level sensor or something.

If you dont have any fault messages check the R4 relay in the trunk for power to the ASM, its not replaceable but mine went and my front went down. Checked fuses, battery, compressor wouldn't run. Had fault ASM comm error when scan with diagnostic replaced fuse box in trunk compressor came on car raised perfectly.
