Any idea? I'm clueless.... Thanks in advance....

Have a read of this file. Don't expect the reason text to be totally clear !!

C2303 is normally flagged up when the air compressor is on the way out

These codes may have been stored for some time and, from your previous posts, certainly since before you got the vehicle.

All are in the list Fraser posted except C1260 and C1582. You should ask your mechanic to verify these are correct.

Now you have the codes, it's worth having your mechanic clear them before driving the car for a few miles and checking again to see if they reset. Repairs may previously have been carried out to rectify some of these faults.

What did he say about the wear in the suspension that the dealer wanted to charge so much to rectify?

Yes it has to be before I bought the car cos I didn't use it at all with all the error messages coming up. Mechanic said I'll have to replace two front upper arms but for the rear replacing bushes would be enough. Apparently front upper arm bushes itself can not buy. Hence the entire parts has to be replaced. He asked me replace following items:
Front upper arms X 2
Stabilizer bar bushes X 2
Front lower arm bushes X 2
Rear lower arm bushes X 2
Rack ends (Ball joints) X 2
Rear stabilizer links X 2

For the errors C1144 RH rear wheel speed sensor mechanical fault and C1235 LH rear wheel speed sensor signal missing, how serious are they?

For the mileage you have quoted, the list of parts to be replaced is really quite astonishing. I cannot help thinking the odometer has been clocked in some way, or been replaced. Does the condition of the rest of the car seem to match the mileage ? Did you get any service documents and invoices with the car ? From where was it originally sold in your part of the world ? You say the local Jaguar agent originally told you the parts that needed replacing, but did they supply the car new to the first customer and are maybe concealing something ?

I have to say something does not add up here. I mean, your list includes trackrod ends, which should last 3 or 4 times the mileage you quote.

The good news is the parts you list are not outragous in price individually, apart from the front upper wishbone assemblies which are a bit expensive. Only trouble is you need two of everything which will makes the final parts bill quite large., plus there is the labour of fitting. The odd thing is the lower spring assembly bushes are not mentioned, yet these definitely are a short life component
