It is my understanding, the caliper bolts for the brembos are M10 and the centers are different. Ate 380mm are M12.

I am on with this, on my brembo car and i do hope you are right about the fronts.

Edit, Hoping to be proved wrong i took a wheel off this aft to measure the mounting holes

Caliper shows the Brembo centers against the ATE item,

I'm waiting for someone to dispense with pneumatic tires directly, and just have a thin band of solid rubber around an even larger metal wheel.

Caliper shows the Brembo centers against the ATE item,
Reason I say they will fit is as follows ( bare with me!).

I had the standard 355 single pot ate xjr calipers on mine ( obviously) I took these off and replaced with the 380s.

I then sold the 355s to a chap with an x350 as they were an upgrade to him. So bolt spacing the same.

The brembos can be fitted to an x350 as an upgrade so hence the statement plus the fact that I don't think jaguar would go to the extra cost of having different suspension uprights 😉.

Let us know how you get on.

The bolt spacing of the Brembo calipers is different to the ATE ones.

The front vertical link of the 2003-2005MY XJR and STR was a different part number, the casting itself was different, as the spacing of the caliper mounting lugs is different.

You can put the 380mm calipers in place of the 355mm no problem.

The 365mm Brembo require a different vertical link.
