Default Authorized modification
Can anyone tell me what modification this is? I noticed it today on the right side of the car under the bonnet. Just for fun, does anyone know what dealer did the modification? I bought the car in Phoenix about 4 months ago. Didn't notice the tag at the time to ask the PO.

Its an emissions recall that reflashes the ECU.
