Back Up Lights? ('07 XJR)

I'm working down my punch list, but can't seem to get the "Reversing Lamps" to work. Bulbs and fuses (17 and 46 in trunk) all check out OK

Found another thread on this issue, but it went nowhere.

Anyone else figured out this problem?

Do you have voltage at the bulb socket?
