Hi Guy, I think the reason 34by151 is asking is that our Jags use an NTSC system so you can’t use PAL camera without a convertor. Please respond to that question first. If you have a PAL camera, try swapping for NTSC camera or get a convertor.
Most other causes for this static is simple electrical interference. Does the problem occur when the car is running, just when the ignition is on but the engine isn't running or both?
If it only occurs when running, check your connections and look for ways to shield the wiring from whatever is causing the interference.
Also if you have anything "bluetooth" running (like your phone), see if the problem replicates without bluetooth OFF. Cheaper cameras can be affected by bluetooth believe it or not.
Please reply to each question separately as my brain just works better that way when we deal with each problem one at a time.
Also please clarify the following sentence as I don't quite understand the meaning:
"And i had to disconnect a reverse lamp. Because when i m in reverse the reverse light works like the orange one..."

The camera you used should be fine.
Do you have the problem when the ignition is on and the car is in reverse, but engine is NOT running? I ask because you want to eliminate interference from the ignition system.
Also, same question with Bluetooth not connected and connected.

Camera looks good as you have colour
Some cameras don't have 525 lines producing that type of result
I would Suggest checking the camera on your TV
Also connecting another (ntsc) video source to the navtool to test that
If the camera is OK on your TV try it again connected directly to the navtool and use a battery for power
If the image is then OK you have a cable/power or interference issue
If the camera is the same on the TV you have a bad camera
IF the image is ok on the TV but bad on the Navtool, after doing the above, your navtool is the issue
Its a process of elimination till you find the bad part
Cheers

I had a licence plate cam. But it was not ntsc.
I ordered a ntsc ccd cam on ebay. 1s it s not on a licence plate i decided to remove the cam from the plate and to put the other one in the cam "box".
It d ezsy. The cam is small and is the same on any type of cam. Thre is a lens witch is same size in all cam. You can see here on my pics.
