Like most of these budget-price tyres, you get what you pay for. I looked at some European reviews and some were good, some bad. I suspect that if you're a wheel-spin to wheel-lock merchant they won't suit you, but if you're a steady driver, they'll probably be OK. They may not be as quiet as more up-market tyres either. Company was originally based in Czech Republic and was presumably taken over by Continental when communism collapsed in Eastern Europe.

Panelhead - Barum Bravuris 3HM are not low end tyres, they're actually mid range tyres, they're made by Continental in the Czech Rep.
I did lots of research when I first came across them into treadwear (360 ) against Continental or Bridgestone iirc which were 240....so the Barums were actually half as hard wearing again in fact.
They lose a little in grip / wet performance but not noticeable IMO
Noise ratings are comparable at around 73db as against others at 72db there or thereabouts.
I first started looking at them as £1000 - £1200 for a set of 20" tyres in Pirelli / Conti or Bridgestone were my preferred choices, but could get a set of Barums fited for around £560, big saving.
These are not the cheap Chinese ditchfinder tyres that should be avoided at all costs!!
Many of my buddies on my Audi forum went for them, and after research I did too, put 225 x 35 x 19 on my A6. I trialled them extensively and initially after run in, threw them into roundabouts / bends etc both in the dry and the wet. They held very well and when they did eventually lose grip, it was progressive and the car let you know.
They performed so well I have had another 2 sets on my A6, the boys usually run them on their 3 X types, I fitted a set of 255 x 35 x 20"s to my XJ around a year ago and loved them
To be fair I have just changed them after around 16k miles or so and put on a set of Pirelli's.....I've only done this as I got such an amazing deal, the Pirelli's should've been around £1100 but I got them for £450, so it seemed rude not to.
The Barums still have around 4.5mm-5mm on them and are for sale as good quality spares.
In all honesty, I swear this to be true, the Barums with approx 5mm are better than these new Pirelli's with which I can make the car squirm in the wet and take it easy through bends etc!!!
There's dozens of members on my Audi site been running them for approx 3 years or more now.....more and more are switching over as they're such a good tyre for the money.

My mate has them on his X type and my aunt also runs them on her Renault Laguna.
They are more than perfectly adequate tyres for normal driving, good in the wet, decent tread life and won't let you down.
I guess though, if you want to drag race / track the car and drive it like you stole it maybe not for you.....
To put things into perspective, I generally tootle around about 70 - 90 mph on the motorway but like to keep my hand in and have had them at extreme triple digit speeds too, no issues
Good luck whatever you decide to go for, but don't let anyone tell you these are cheap low end ditchfinders because I can assure you that isn't the case.

Had a set of the Verde on the A8 when I purchased it. Okay for the price, Discount screwed up and put a set of Michelin A/3 on it for Verde price a couple months ago.
I suspected the Bravuris 3 are a good tire. Read the reviews and they are normal. They had to be better than what came on the XKR, Tristar Carrera. These are the definition of Chinese ditch finders. Looked great. SCARY with anything but perfectly dry pavement. Easy to light up in the morning.

Worst tyre I have ever came across were called HERO MILANZA fiited to saab I bought,
They were well named only a hero or serious nutjob would have used them on a performance car:
dry grip was poor but in wet they were like on a Dance floor with sliperene! showing my age just think ice rink with steel soles.
