Default Blower Quit Working because of 10 amp fuse from seat control pack module

The blower motor quit working and my specific Jaguar reader indicated B2513 for blower motor fault. The 40 amp fuse was good and I automatically assumed that either blower or blower motor register not working. After I tested blower and confirmed that blower motor was working, I went ahead and replaced with a cheap Range Rover blower motor register from Ebay for $15.00 and blower was still not working. I scratched my head and assumed that a bad ebay Chinese made part and ordered an used OEM blower motor register; and it was still not working. I drove the car yesterday and realized the driver seat movement was not working as well. Driver seat has three fuses. There are two 40 amp fuses for movement and one 10 amp fuse for the seat instrument pack. All three fuses located in the trunk fuse box. The identified the 10 amp fuse blown. After replaced the 10 amp fuse, voila, seat and blower work again.

This is truly Jaguar's engineering. Now I have two spare working blower motor registers.
