I am using a Jabra Cruiser Bluetooth speakerphone. Jabra CRUISER Speakerphone
This has worked well using a BB and a Droid. Clips to a visor and also works thorugh FM station. Only issue is that you need to turn it on and off upon entering and leaving vehicle.
Cost about $60. Worth a look.

IF you do already have it and it is not activated, you will need the dealer to add it to the system.
Otherwise your best bet is an aftermarket clip-on variety.

Do you already have it installed in the car? IF not, there are a lot of parts required and it is not cheap. There are a few threads here that discuss it in great length.

If it was factory installed, it should already be active. Are sure? Or are you saying you need to pair your phone with it? DO you get the discover message when you select phone? DOes your phone see the car?
IF you really have it, then have the program it in should cost very little and well worth it

How much did the dealer quote? They would know if you have all of the modules or not. Having the buttons does not mean anything. What happens when you press the phone button?
Also if you have a touch screen, you can go into the sub menus and it will tell you what is fitted and not fitted.
Do you have Jaguar Voice? That uses a microphone too.
