Unfortunately, I lost the manual book.

Let me see if I can help just a little bit. First, the good news is that you do have bluetooth. Second, since you have an 06 you are likely still under warranty and I assume you have a relationship with your local Jaguar dealer. I am sure he will assist you in making the bluetooth connection. Most of what needs to be done is performed on the phone itself and it will come with directions about how to make the connection. The tough part is finding a phone that is compatible with your Jaguar. I have an 05 XJR and even though Verizon has many phones to offer, only the Motorola Z6tv worked with it.
In short, go to your cell phone provider and pick out a phone you like and which is compatible with your Jaguar. They can identify those that are compatible. Then if you cannot set it up yourself with the phone instructions, head to your dealer and he can set the whole thing up in five minutes. If you don't have a dealer close by, get back to me and I'll give you the details from the Jaguar side of the issue.
Don't hesitate to proceed. It is easy and the benefits are terrific beginning with safety.
