Brake master won't release

This started by not having rear brakes . Low mileage car sitting long time. In time the Pistons slowly began to work but not bleed back .
Sooooo I replaced rear calipers , not a fun job but I do have a lift.
Next my master would pump up and not release rear brakes . I'd have to loosen line at master , bleed off pressure and start over.
Bought new master and was happy for a time . Now it has done same thing.
I have read about drilling small hole in internal plunger to help fluid return and release pressure.
Any advice appreciated.
sorry guys ..I put this in wrong spot its a 86 xj6 still like advice
