Meeting one of hose is like meeting the pope! It's a shame it was too late for competition. Imagine seeing one run next to an early GT40 at lemans!
What a dream!

In my time I have owned all kinds of MGs, Jags and various other classics . Looking at these pictures reminds me that I missed the Morgan and big Healey experience. Dang!

The GT40 was reported to be an original 1966 GT40 and a back up car at Le Mans. It had a big book with back up documentation and pictures. A friend of mine has an 06 GT40 and it is some what different, one being 44" tall and not 40 hence the name GT40.

It is to bad the XJ13 never got a chance to run against it, maybe that was lucky for Carl Shelby, he may of not become so famous then. We all know the Jag would of won.
