Broken oil pan bolt

So I have a problem with my 2004 jaguar xj8 and i figured I’d turn here for some pointers. I was replacing the oil pan gasket to stop a leak. The whole process when smooth until trying to retorque the bolts one snapped off into the block. I followed proper toque sequence but it still happened. Theare is no leak and seems to stay dry at running temperature. Anyone have any help on what I should do as fix it now, fix it when it becomes a problem and leaks and how to go about getting the broke end of the bolt out of the threads. Much appreciated
