Not here I can assure you, we have our own issues with road maintenance / potholes etc.
Tell me about it Jim. When I was in the UK about five years ago on a business trip we got led by our GPS down a road that was blocked by a big-a$$ horse. The horse wasn't moving so we had to back up about 200 meters to a main road. We decided then to ditch the GPS and rely on cheap map I got from our hotel.

Hello everyone,

I have the same problems with my 20" Cremona alloys on my XJR. I'm told they are bent from pot holes. My 20" Audi alloys have had pot hole dents as well. I live in the Australian countryside and the roads are seriously patchwork jobs!

I'm not sure what to do with regards to repairing vs replacing the Cremonas? If I replace, it sounds like a wise decision to drop back to 19" alloys. Anyone know where is a good place (that will ship to Australia) to buy the 20" Cremonas or similar looking 19" wheels?

Hi I live in Walthamstow London we are very lucky in our area if you see a pothole in the road you can go on there website and report it and it is repaired within a couple of days done this a couple of times

I'm looking at an X358 for sale on 20" Callistos

Are these wheels particularly problematic for buckling etc or no worse than any other large diameter wheel? Should I avoid a car on them?

They are 20" rims with 255/35 R20 tyres on the X350/358, so rubber bands.
Any configuration like this is prone to bending when there are potholes.
Actually, Callisto's, at least those polished that were put as stock on SV8's 2006 Portfolio's, are forged so they should be lighter and more resistant than similar size cast wheels.
I was not sure of this but I had the opportunity to weigh one recently and it was only 10.5 kg, so extremely light for the size (20x9J).
And on the configuration file of my car they are listed indeed as forged, so it's a plus.
On X358's or if not polished (the painted version), I am not sure whether they are still forged or cast. To be checked.
