Default A/C problem

hi.
2 days ago, i was driving my car w/ A/C on, and it suddenly stopped blowing and coming back on. and i was little bit worried.
since yesterday, A/C's completely dead, not blowing at all.
thought it was either fuse/relay that went bad. so today i took it to the shop and have computer diagnosised, saying that it's the computer module that went bad, and it's going to cost me $1700 for the used part. normally around $3000 new.
anybody had any problem like this?
i'm so frustrated. HELP ME PLEASE!~

Im assuming you didnt take it to someone who knows what the f theyre doing since i can diagnose this on the internet....get a blower motor relay module that mounts in the air ducting behind the glove box.
Part number c2c39577
retail $304

i actually took it to the technician who has been working on my car so well previously.
he told me that he pulled the code that says that it's the A/C computer module that went bad. could code sometimes be wrong perhaps?

I dont know about what code he got, but every, and ill repeat it, every 04+xj8 that comes in since they came out with blower inop is that blower module. Which basically is the resistor pack with cooling fins to keep it cool in the airstream. The new ones have bigger heat sinks... This is 1 of those experiance pays things and knowing the car
