+1 on sharing with us the symptoms you are trying to resolve.
If your British Diagnostics setup uses the Jaguar SDD/IDS system, you can download the instruction manual here:

For some insights into calibrating the air suspension, see this thread on lowering the ride height. The instructions work just as well for resetting the factory ride height:

As clifton94 implied, the most common cause of the C2302 code is a worn piston ring in the air suspension compressor, which can be easily replaced with an inexpensive new ring from our forum member Andy (bagpipingandy.com).
