Is there any way to repair these C2C9804 - 2W93-13A803-AB clogged horns or just simply look for new/proper replacement?

From appearance they look like sealed units?
I repaired a set of Hellas on my old 68 108 280se years ago they where easy to pull apart these don't have screws though t

There's lots of horns out there just getting the right sound will be hard

Maybe soaking them in something might loosen them up the Hellas I just pulled apart and cleaned them in a parts washer then resprayed them rattle can gloss black
