Hi,

it's not part of the fuse box, it is part of the A-post finisher, which is item no. 2 in the following link:

https://parts.jaguarlandroverclassic.../brand/jaguar/

Unfortunately, I have not found the lid listed separately. Also, as you can see from the link, the part number depends on the colour of the interiour.

Is you lid missing, or just broken? If it is missing, I can see if there is something stamped on the lid in my car, Based on your picture, it seems that your car has the same interiour colour as mine.

Best regards,

Thomas

Thank you, based on that link I found couple of those on eBay. (My car has black interior.)
The overall price including shipping and custom fees is getting close to $200. 😐

Yesterday I got my car back from a service shop. And this morning I found the part laying on the carpet. With the two upper clips broken off, and in their place some kind of a black goo. (I suppose the heating in the car caused the glue to thaw.)

You may be aware of a product called Plasti-Fix that is used to recreate broken tabs, fill and bond cracks in, well, plastic and other uses such as cell phones and the like. Might be something to look into. Good luck!
