I would love to be able to do that but the trick does not seem to work on my car.
(I have just sent an email at their info-address but I doubt they'll remember.)
I believe that the car does not have a service position for replacing the wipers. There is nothing mentioned in either the owner's manual or the workshop manual.
What works on some cars is that the wipersstop moving when you turn off the ignition, but I have not tried this out yet with the Jag. What I do is to open the bonnet to replace the wipers, as when its open it is not in the way anymore and you can then lift the arms underneath it.

True, I have been only able to find "wipers service position" mentioned in "x150" and "x250" sections of a training guide.
I am trying to come up with some explanation to what I am seeing in the video of the x358 - the wipers clearly stop in the middle, without the technician turning the ignition off. 👀 WTH?

My goal is/was to get the arms out of the way so I can apply a solution to refresh the sun-burnt black plastic underneath.
I'll try one more thing and then I'll pretend the video from CarCareKiosk does not exists.
It's completely unnecessary, I put new inserts in with them in the standard parked position.
Having said that, there are some reports (including me) of wipers intermittently stopping in a similar position. If this intermittent fault happens to you, pull over quickly and change the wipers!
Jaroslav, for what it's worth...I have one of these handy-dandy tools I got off amazon years ago; I needed it so I could remove the plastic wiper motor cover to refinish it.
When I change wiper blades, I just remove the arm from car, then put it back on after changing the blade. Just remember to mark the position on windshield before you start so its easy to restore. I believe the arm nut is either a 12 or 13 mm nut. First time off takes some torque, as the corrosion welds them in, after that they just pop off easy.

Yep, this wasn't about the blades - I wanted clear access under the wiper arms... Well, that was when I still I believed there was a service position.
