Dear Steven Royzenshteyn,
You spend years building up a good name, and then your staff bleeds it by poor customer handling that is documented in a forum.
See https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...4/#post2329802
You will have no idea how many sales will be lost after the forum readers read about the runaround your customer support staff gave the poor chump who decided to avail himself of your products. Trouble is, they have long memories and the internet does not forget.
Best regards

If I may suggest... everyone reading this send email Christmas cards to the respective CEO's pointing them to this thread, and suggesting a lump of coal may be in their Christmas stocking if they don't start acting responsibly. If you have car enthusiast friends, email them this link and ask them to send XMas cards as well. The more people who send in emails, the more likely the managers will get the message.

Update:
Glad to say this ordeal is finally over. Shocks were sent back to RMT and received on Monday 12/21, and CARiD refunded on the 12/24. Although CARiD did not refund the initial shipping charge, just the amount for the shocks, I will chalk it up to lesson learned. I don't want to waste any more time dealing with their lack of customer service.

I had the same problem, apparently RMT do not do a full rebuild, they just replace the air bags, they do not touch the springs......and that's the problem I have.....bouncy bouncy but the springs appear shot......I feel every bump and the front end rattles, which I'm assuming is coming from the shock itself.
Whilst Im at it...........icarsoft readers may give you issues........and their customer support is non existent, I've written tons of emails to them with not one reply.........the irony is that I have been invited to give reviews on the product on Amazon.........and you can imagine what those reviews say...........
