Actually, they are somewhere in between. The Arnott design fits both Comfort & Sport and will bypass thecomfort or sport function on the dash. With the OEM air shocks, the shocks have to be specificallyfor the comfort or sport model and you’d have to match it up to the suspensionpackage on the vehicle (Comfort or Sport). However The Arnott replacements use Bilstein shocksand fits both models. While Bilstein shocks are known for their sporty feel the ride of the Arnott replacements for the Jag is more of a neutral ride between the two.

There has been a post about problems with the CATS system previously on this forum.

I can't remember exactly but I think the answer was to scan for a code and then delete it.
Search this forum thoroughly for more info.

We use arnott at our shop and I know if you cycle the ignition on before unplugging the suspension module you have to insert a paper clip into the 4 harness connectors thet were disconnected from the old struts and with the module connected you can clear all codes then disconnect the suspension module and that solves the cats warning
