Default CDC error

After disconnecting my battery I get a CDC error message. The CD player and radio still work and the cd changer will eject the magazine so it is still getting power. Is there some sort of reset procedure for this or any suggestions.
Thanks,
Kemp

Default CDC error

Forgot to mention that this is on a 2004 XJR.
Thanks,
Kemp

I have had hist in the past

Select radio and turn off ign
If you have the acm, turn off (go back back to cdc)
Eject cartridge
Turn on ign
Insert cartridge
Turn off ign
Turn on ign
Select cdc

Cheers

The CDC has very simple connection and the reset is very much "disconnect the battery", which I would assume you tried. If you have the nav system, there is a diagnostic menu that can display any D2B errors. (hold Phone + Menu and when prompted enter code 1917 or 917).
