Check engine stuff just a general question

I am new owner of a xj8l 2005 with app 37k on it. I had the car looked at for sluggish acceleration at times when starting out from a stop. Dealership cleans the injectors. Approximately 3 weeks later i get the check engine light and run it back in. Dealership cleans the injectors, but claims there are two different ways to do that. Both of these are warrantied so I have no complaints, but when leaving after the second cleaning, the check engine comes back on again. Now bear in mind the car seems to ride just fine, and performance actually does seem better after the second cleaning. The light eventually went off and the car seems fine. How concerned should I be with this? Is this just one of those annoyances you just learn to put up with? I really do like the car, but want to be prepared for the worst here just in case. Thanks.

300 series codes, like engine misfiring stuff. What was weird to me is that they did this twice. I asked them if they are sure they actually did it at all? I did not have to pay for either. Car still has warranty up till feb or 50k miles. Car seems to run fine, I am just asking this being a newbie to these cars.

This is what it says for P0300:
ECM to ignition coil primary circuit fault (Cylinder misfire detected DTC also flagged)
Fuel injector circuit fault(s) (Injector DTCs also flagged)
Ignition coil failure
Spark plug failure / fouled / incorrect gap
Cylinder compression low
Fuel delivery pressure (low / high)
Fuel injector(s) restricted / leaking
Fuel injector(s) continuously open
Fuel contamination
Worn camshaft / broken valve spring(s)
