Clear side marker lens

Does any one know of a clear side marker lens like the 06 and up have for the 04-05? All we get is yellow in the US.

I have seen them for the X-Type, but not for the XJ.

Ive heard you can remove the trim on the door as well as change out the lights to be the '06 & up look, right now 05s arent much cheaper then 06s.

It looks like that trend might be starting to correct though.
