150 psi is great. 130 is livable. If you see cylinders under 100 psi, there are problems. BTW, what kind of Jaguar is TRAMP?

my apologies...i get ahead of myself..
Tramp is a 2005 XJR with 78k miles.
so..i have two compression testers from Horror Freight.
both are showing 170-180 on 7 of the cylinders and 200 on the 8th...struck me as odd but ok..

your thoughts ?

THANK YOU for your response !

Default Good to go

Those are great readings. The pressures vary from cylinder to cylinder.
Indicates the valves are sealing and piston rings are in good shape.
