Condensation in headlight
I noticed some condensation in a headlight and tried
a new method for removal.
I placed a small bag of silica gel in the microwave
and heated it for ?? 20 secs until it was too hot to touch.
Let it cool still in the oven until I could place it in small plastic
zip bag.
Placed the bag (without the zip bag) in the light 'box' closed the lid and next day
condensation gone.

How did it get there in the first place?
How long will it stay out?
Flex seal anyone?

Almost certainy the seal on the back of the cover of the headlight. I spent ages trying to dry my headlights until I figured out how it was getting in. As water runs down the wing (fender) it drips almost dead centre of the big cover on the back of the headlight and if the seal is a bit iffy the water gets in. The cover can also be a PITA to get out but I just rotated the seal so the bad bit was at the bottom and no more water.
