it hasn't rained in over a week here in houston tx. but i keep getting condensation in my head lamp. the crazy thing is it dries out but as soon as i drive it has moisture inside it. where is it coming from whats causing it? i need to replace the ballast for that side but I'm afraid to do so while i have this problem because i don't want it to short it out. anyone else have this problem? ![Icon Rain](https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_rain.gif)

well it turns out the reason why my bumper wouldn't come off was i wasn't using enough force. i was being way to delicate, also i found my condensation problem. when i told you about my theory with the washer fluid ruining the ballast turns out i was right my ballast was full of washer fluid and the condensation came from the heat generated while driving turning the washer fluid into condensation. i swapped the ballast around and plugged in the light and nothing happened. so it looks like i may have to buy another head lamp assembly. i have the head lamp sitting out to dry. i hope that it works after that. of course my luck i have a ridiculous problem.
but thank you for your help today, i know i would of still been baffled with the bumper if it wasn't for you.
