Connecting Rod Torque

Hi Guys,
What is the correct torque spec for the connecting rods on a 2005 XJ8? Somehow it isn't listed in the jtis (or at least the copy I have).

Connecting rod torque

Hi Alldata states that they are torqued in three stages. 1) 10 NM,
2) 30Nm , & 3) 90 degrees angle torque. George
