D2B ERROR - how to diagnose - HELP!

Dealer says WDS can't find anything. As I have mentioned in various threads for some time now I have had random electronic glitches such as Jaguar voice not working, volume not working, CD not working, radio not working, touch screen not working, bluetooth, rear entertainment, etc.
Sometimes it happens when I start the car and goes away when I restart, sometimes it works fine for a while then fails. Sometimes restarting does not fix anything. It can go for weeks without incident and then days in a row with continual failures.
Here are a couple of pics I took. When the entire system went out, it display D2B error but a SCAN for DTCs found nothing. However, under the vehicle config where you set what vehicle, installed options, etc, nothing was selected as if there was nothing on the D2B network, then when I restarted the car, the D2B error went away and checking the options screens, everything had returned to normal with all options checked.
Thanks in advance!

New D2B ERROR screen says PWM is HIGH instead of LOW.
Also under system options it shows the phone is missing, which is the device this time around that failed to initialize properly. If I select the phone is installed, the phone not fitted message goes away and the phone screen returns, however it is still not functional until I reboot the system.
Also on the D2B device list, it shows the phone come up with ????, there is also an additional ???? every time which I suspect is the failed ACM.

There is a known fault where the radio sound goes off and returns for no apparent reason. It's happened to me a couple of times.
I believe this is related to the D2B circuit.
A guy called ''Westville" seems to know a lot about this fibre optic circuit and has published some info about it.
He is on the UK forum
