Dirivers side rear door lock not working
2005 vdp - My rear door is not locking, when locking the doors using the key the latch is not moving but you can hear the actuator working.
Moving the latch manually is locks and unlocks fine.
Any suggestions please.
Sorry for the edits, I'm too long winded......

2 door cards actually! To take the first one off..
remove large scrivet on the bottom of the door card, near the light, use a large philips head screwdriver
remove the 2 screws in the door handle, the one you pull the door closed with
remove the plastic cap covering the screw in the door handle, the one you open the door with, and remove the torx screw
firmly pull the door card off. Watch for little foam washers that may drop off the clip things
After pulling firmly enugh to get the card off but not so firmly that you pull all the connectors for the electrics out, disconnect the electrics. That should be it off
to remove the second card, remove the 31200 screws around the inner card. There are 2 or 3 hidden behind plastic covers. I thinks thats it for that one but you will have to leave it hanging by the loom. You now have access to the lock. While you are in there get some grease on the wire for the window actuator. Both fronts on mine snapped within 5 minutes of each other and had rusted through.
