Default Disassembly X350 Front Bumper Cover

About 7 years ago I purchased a "used" 2006 XJ8L with no damage history. However, it obviously had a repainted front bumper as the paint started peeling off about a year later. I just have started working on it to repaint the front bumper cover. I have searched & read all entries I could find on dealing with removal of the front bumper cover but have been yet to find an appropriate one on the removal of the black plastic center trims or the fog lights. The only thing I could find showed the fog light removal being the simple removal of three bolts from the back side. However, it appears that all the connectors for my fog lights and the black trim are hidden and from the front. I would guess that removal of the black center trim would reveal the fog light fasteners but am hesitant to pull too much of that trim without knowing more about it. Surely it is expensive to replace. Thanks. Here are a couple photos.

The black plastic trim in front of the fog lights has to come off first. You lift the tabs at the bottom and the pieces are hooked at the top. Once those are out the fog light assembly unbolts.

Hmmm, I think mine are opposite (if we are talking about the same trim panels). There are three hooks on the bottom, and a single locking tab near the middle on top. I use a flat plastic panel tool to press down to release it.

Use a flat panel tool to press down on the locking tab to release the top of the panel.

This is what the locking tab looks like.

Here you can see the hooks that hold the bottom.

And here you so the bolts that secure the front air scoop grill slat (I guess that is what it might be called) and the fog lights.
