Default Drip molding coming off body

Hi All,

Does anyone else have this issue with the drip molding? It looks like one of the taps is broken or not attached correctly.

the little plastic clam shell clips break. if you remove the molding you will need spares because they will all break! Or what i did was put the clip back together and used 2 small zip ties and melted them to the clip to keep it on the body. Worked great and was a lot cheaper than new ones.

Try to move by hands all moulding assembly slightly backward. The bottom section which pops out on your pic will sit a bit lower and won't be pulled of by door seal each time you open the door. I fixed mine same way when painted my car recently and polished this moulding

I used the Furflex Tacking Strip supplied by Aldgridge Trimming in the UK and I used pop rivets to hold it in place instead of the spiral nails originally used.
