Driver Mirror

Based on the info provided, I would begin at the mirror control panel on the drivers door.
If the problem stops when you select the passenger side mirror, then the problem is likely in the control switch itself. (Right, left, up, down buttons stuck down perhaps?)
If the mirror continues to move regardless of the switch position, I would search for a short to earth in the harness leading to the mirror itself.
Another thought; many have had success with disconnecting and reconnecting the battery for strange electrical malfunctions.
Perhaps a little more information would be helpful as well. (Year and model?)
Good luck, hope this helps!
