I've decided to learn more about AC before I take it to a shop...

Is it just me or is the shop manual decisively missing the pressures for the A/C? I thought I'd find them in there, but nope! Here's what I found:

7. Charge the A/C system.
Specifications

That's it! That's on page 6 of the Electrical book. I'd have thought there would be references in a troubleshooting section somewhere on what the pressures should be, but the only place I found anything is that both should read between 60-80 psi at 75F with the engine off.

So what should they read for our little snowflakes? Or can I just look up some Ford specs for reference?
